Buying from countries with no defined shipping costs
If you received this message after setting your desired delivery country for the product, there could be several reasons:
1. The total permissible maximum weight of 50 kg for parcel shipping to a defined delivery country has been exceeded.
2. The item does not have a standard cost stored.
3. There are generally no defined shipping costs for your desired delivery country.
Worldwide delivery is still possible!
To inform you about our shipping costs regulations, we would like to point out that these vary depending on the chosen delivery country:
For all green countries: The shipping costs for parcels and forwarding are calculated directly in the shopping cart.
For all yellow countries: Shipping costs are only calculated for packages directly in the shopping cart. A separate request is required for shipping costs.
For all orange countries: Shipping costs are not calculated directly in the shopping cart und must be requested separately.

For all green countries:
1. Put your goods into the shopping cart
2. Call up your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
3. Enter desired billing and delivery address
a) Purchase without Registration (without customer account)
b) Purchase with Registration (with customer account)
4. Choose your desired payment method
5. Confirm your order
For all yellow countries:
1. Put your goods into the shopping cart 
a) Call up the shopping cart, the shopping cart may contain parcel and shipping items. In such a case you must order them seoarately. Order package items as described in the description for green countries. For shipping items, proceed as described in this description.
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter desired billing and delivery address
a) Purchase without Registration (without customer account)
b) Purchase with Registration (with customer account)
4. Select the desired shipping speed and request a quote
After submitting your request, you will receive your non-binding shipping quote within a maximum of 48 hours and will be notfied by us via email.
5. Log in to the customed account and complete the purchase. If you have not created a customer account, you will receive a password from us by email with which you can log in.
6. Choose your desired payment method
7. Confirm your order
For all orange countries:
1. Put your goods into the shopping cart
2. Call up your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
3. Enter desired billing and delivery address
a) Purchase without Registration (without customer account)
b) Purchase with Registration (with customer account)
4. Select the desired shipping speed and request a quote
