When sending packages, customers from the European Union and third countries have fixed shipping costs for all products. The shipping costs for an individual product can be seen immediately using our shipping calculator to give you guidance. You can of course add additional items to your cart without paying additional shipping costs as long as they are within the same shipping weight range.
When shipping by freight forwarding, the shipping costs for some countries, such as the European Union (except Malta, Cyprus), are calculated directly in the shopping cart. For some third countries, an inquiry (Shipping costs inquiry service) must be made as this is my one-off shipping fee per device for large and bulky items. The shipping method (parcel or shipping company) will be displayed directly next to the product and the total price will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Business customers with a valid UID number within the EU (outsider Austria) will have their goods delivered to the company address and will be exempt from the Austrian VAT of 20% "Intra-Community Acquisition" after theri UID number has been automatically verified during registration.
