Costs for delivery and dispatch


We accept worldwide orders in principle. Due to the different customs, import and export duty rules and regulations outside the EU and in certain duty exclusion areas of the EU you can only learn your special shipping costs after the payment (a check-up of the special duty and dispatch costs through us) via mail to seperate online payment respectively by payment in advance with the confirmation of order. Initial orders outside the EU (exception Switzerland and Norway) will be shipped only after payment in advance or credit card payment only with secure code.

All states mentioned below are directly activated and receive their ordered articles at the listed fixed costs of packing and dispatch. You will learn the exact packing costs before paying, as the system assesses them exactly either according to weight or by one-time shipping fee per article.  

Parcel dispatch


We send each parcel as soon as possible as an insured packet up to a value of € 550 by the parcel service GLS, DPD, Austrian Post AG within Austria up to a maximum weight of 30 kg and abroad up to a maximum weight of 50kg, whereby the measurements (length + volume = 3 metres and the maximum dimensions, length 200 cm, width 80 cm, height 60 cm) must not be exceeded.

Forwarding argency dispatch

Bulky and heavy individual articles such as home trainers, ergometers, running belts and bicycles are dispatched by the forwarder Schenker at a single lump sum per device inclusive of insurance  up to € 2500. These goods are seperatly indicated in our shop.
