Which means of payment do you offer?
You can pay cash in advance, by Sofortueberweisung (Works only in Germany, Austria, Swizerland, Great Britain, Belgium and Netherlands) via onlinebanking or by the credit cards Mastercard with and without Secure Code or Visa with and without Verified by Visa and PayPal.

How does sofortueberweisung.de work?
The Sofortueberweisung.de is the perfectly simple and secure online payment system of Payment Network AG, which via your online banking will order for you an automated direct transfer and confirm your payment to us immediately. We will receive this payment confirmation within seconds and can therefore deliver all articles in stock immediately.

And this is how you pay in online shops which offer Sofortueberweisung.de:

1. Select Sofortüberweisung.de as the payment option.
2. Enter into the secured payment form the order data already given with your banking code and account number.
3. Confirm the transfer by PIN and TAN data of your online banking system.

Depending on your online banking system, there may be further information available.

How does payment work with Mastercard Secure Code or Visa Verified by Visa?
There is no downloading of software. These newly developed security technologies are based on a 3 D secure technology. They are easy to handle and give card holders the possibility of making purchases via internet securely and comfortably not only from the PC, but also from other internet access possibilities. For Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code it is not necessary to install a software of your own on your computer. The unmistakable authentification verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code offers utmost security for the transaction of internet orders by clearly identifying all people participating in an online transaction and will make it even easier in the future. In any transaction they check whether both the card holder and the contracting partner are the people who they pretend to be. By entering a personal password in the payment process it is secured that the orderer is the true holder of the credit card. Thus a misuse of the credit card by unauthorized persons is not possible. Your order is processed fully automatically. The key advantage is that, whenever a transaction takes place on the internet with a supplier equipped with Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, the process automatically checks whether the card holder participates in Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code. Thus in every transaction the card holders identity is checked by VISA or MasterCard automatically and confirmed to the supplier.

How do I get my Visa or Mastercard secret code?
If you wish to register with Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, please order the respective code for your credit card at your credit card firm. You will receive your Verified by VISA code or Master Card Secure Code within a few working days and then you can register your VISA card for the Verified by VISA-Service or your MasterCard for the MasterCard Secure Code.

Which means of payment guarantees the quickest delivery of the articles you ordered?
If you pay with Sofortüberweisung via telebanking (only possible in Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Swizerland, Great Britain and Germany) as well as if you pay by creditcard Mastercard or Visa or PayPal the goods which are in stock will be shipped directly after payment and the confirmation of the payment throgh the provider. If you pay in advance, the goods will be shipped only after the money has been received on our account.
