Lightweight helmet with extended head protection for climbing, mountaineering and ski touring

Are you enthusiastic about climbing, mountaineering or ski touring? The METEOR helmet offers reliable protection for all three activities! The light, compact helmet with excellent ventilation ensures a comfortable fit at any time of the year. The head-enclosing shape of the helmet ensures increased protection in the entire head area. It is also designed to be worn with ski goggles. The METEOR is the first CE-certified ski touring helmet (note: the helmet does not meet the requirements of the EN 1077 standard for helmets for alpine skiers).

Lightweight, compact and ventilated helmet:
- only 225 g in size S/M and 240 g in size M/L,
- In-mold construction with an EPS foam inner shell injected under a thin polycarbonate outer shell for a compact fit on the head,
- large ventilation openings for maximum air circulation,
- high-quality workmanship and simple design.
Increased Protection:
- designed according to the Petzl TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION label,
- Head-hugging design for optimal impact protection on the sides, front and back of the head.
Suitable for ski mountaineering:
- The first CE-certified ski touring helmet.
- Optimum ventilation during ascent and descent. The helmet is easy to wear from the beginning to the end of the tour.
- The special design on the front is designed to wear ski goggles.
- The elastic cord on the back is compatible with ski goggle straps.
- The semi-rigid headgear is easy to adjust, even when wearing gloves.
- Two headlamp clips at the front and an elastic cord at the back for attaching a headlamp.

Note: The helmet does not meet the requirements of the EN 1077 standard for helmets for alpine skiers.
