FINNLO Varon XTR is a premium ergometer that can be used to get fit through secure, targeted endurance and circulatory system training. The highly varied computer programs on the Varon XTR  motivate you to do regular fitness workouts and will never bore you in the process. A dynamic step movement warms up your circulatory system so you can burn more calories and fat. This way, you not only promote better health, but also perform a targeted workout for a slimmer, nicely shaped body.

Effective  ergometer training with the Varon XTR can lead to the following results:

All of the functions on the Varon Loxon XTR are controlled via the computer with its clear LCD Blue Blacklight display. This permanently displays 9 values, including: Distance, time, calories, speed, step frequency, performance, training program, 400 m rounds and your pulse. 8 exercise profiles and 2 pulse programs ensure the most variety. These can be easily adjusted using the quick select buttons. You enter a certain wattage or pulse value and your ergometer will control the resistance levels independently, to keep these values in check. The rotational speed independent load control can be set to a range of 41 steps, between 20 and 400 watts (in accordance with standard DIN EN 957) Additional premium features: Recovery pulse measure with fitness score, tablet/smart phone holder and a USB charger port.

Perfect seat positioning that is gentle on the back
The perfect seating position can be achieved on  the FINNLO ergometer Varon XTR thanks to its multi-way adjustment. The handlebar and saddle / seat can be vertically and horizontally adjusted. A padded saddle / seat also ensures more comfortable sitting during longer workout sessions. The Varon XTR Plus is fitted with a low maintenance induction braking system, precision ball bearings and a 10 kg flywheel mass to ensure fluid, quiet running.

Heimtrainer

The home trainer is the classic fitness machine. You enjoy biking but are not interested in traffic or bad weather, then this stationary bike gives you an indoor trainings possibility at home. The seating position ranges from an upright position for comfort to a more advanced inclined angle all depending on the model. There are models with lower entry or with higher entry. A major difference is the weight adjustment mechanism. Cheaper models have a mechanically adjustable fly wheel, unfortunately they are louder and not allways accurate. A big difference is also to be found in the computer and display options. Important is whether the computer can save training information for more people or not. If you are the only person using the home trainer then this is not relevant.

These are the Mercedes under the fitness machines. The biggest difference to the home trainer is that all ergometers adjust and gauge the trainings resistance in watt and not in levels. The resistance adjustment system runs mostly through electro static induction. These machines are totally quiet and offer an even resistance. The computer usually has, depending on the model an interface to the computer to read the data and to perform program updates. The computers provide more training programs. With these options an enhanced performance and training result possible.

The major difference between cheaper and more expensive models are the quietness and smoothness due to better mechanical elements and larger weights.

The treadmill is the ideal alternative to jogging in winter or on cold rainy days. Important here is the size of the running surface area and the strength of the motor. Very important is that the treadmill regulates the running speed according to the runners heart rate and fitness levels. Nordic walking is also possible on treadmills. Better models can also adjust the running angle and also offer diverse running programs. We also recommend a computer that can save training records for more people. The treadmill also absorbs and reduces shock to the joints. One hour of jogging burns roughly the same amount of calories as 2 hours of biking.
