The backrest has an incredible 6 adjustment options. By placing the backboard in the flat position, you can bench press with no extra stress on your back. When you place the backrest in the lowest position, use it as a sit-up bench for abdominal exercises. The various adjustment options of the weight bench WB50 allow you to do a variety of exercises.

The WB50 has more options than a normal weight bench: The weight supports that hold the weights are not attached to the bench. So you can turn them into a squat rack in no time at all. The bar must be at least 180 cm long, otherwise it will not fit between the dumbbell supports. The ends of the barbell racks have angled pieces and a clip for added security. These ensure that the weights cannot fall off the supports. With this weight bench you have the free choice which dumbbells you want to use: You can use Olympic dumbbells or normal weight bars. You can adjust the support heights independently of each other.

The weight bench is equipped with a multifunctional arm and leg trainer on the front.
