Your HAMMER Cardio 4.0 is the ideal calorie burner. Regular training with the exercise bike burns excess fat and strengthens your leg muscles. With trained legs you will also be fit and sure-footed when doing other sports, such as hiking or jogging.

Resistance control

The 8-speed manually adjustable resistance knob attached to the main frame is responsible for your load regulation during the training. With the rotary knob you can easily and quickly adjust the right resistance for you.

Your digital training assistant

Equipped with a large LCD display, a tablet holder and 3 easy-to-read touch buttons, you can easily operate your HAMMER Cardio 4.0 exercise bike. The computer display shows you all important training parameters like: Speed, training time, total odometer, display of the distance covered in 100 meter increments, calorie consumption and the current pulse value.

You have the choice between a training without default data or with default data. You can set the following default values:

You can easily check your heart rate with the hand pulse sensors on the handlebars. All you have to do is grip the oval sensors on the handlebars with the palm of your hand. You can also quickly and easily set up a workout with a predefined heart rate value in the training computer. For your safety, you will hear a signal tone every 3 seconds if you exceed your set pulse value.

The right pedals

Heimtrainer

The home trainer is the classic fitness machine. You enjoy biking but are not interested in traffic or bad weather, then this stationary bike gives you an indoor trainings possibility at home. The seating position ranges from an upright position for comfort to a more advanced inclined angle all depending on the model. There are models with lower entry or with higher entry. A major difference is the weight adjustment mechanism. Cheaper models have a mechanically adjustable fly wheel, unfortunately they are louder and not allways accurate. A big difference is also to be found in the computer and display options. Important is whether the computer can save training information for more people or not. If you are the only person using the home trainer then this is not relevant.

The computer usually has, depending on the model an interface to the computer to read the data and to perform program updates. The computers provide more training programs.
