This way you always have your 500 m and already completed training time as well as your rowing strokes in view. Furthermore, all important data from your training pulse, calorie consumption and stroke rate to the covered training distance are displayed on the high-quality LCD display. The best thing about it: The computer is height-adjustable as well as swiveling and thus especially neck-friendly. The various target programs provide you with an extra portion of motivation during your training and challenge you again and again. A big difference is also to be found in the computer and display options. Important is whether the computer can save training information for more people or not. If you are the only person using the home trainer then this is not relevant.
