The freerider impresses with its well thought-out winter equipment, for example with the completely hinged back opening. On the one hand, it offers an optimal overview of the equipment. On the other hand, the back system stays dry when the backpack is put down. Should some snow still get onto the carrying system, the new robust, breathable and snow-repellent material ensures a dry back. The subject of safety is also a top priority for freeriders. With the separate and quickly accessible safety compartment for probe and shovel, the touring rucksack keeps the most important things at hand in an emergency. The variable fixation system is also new. With two separate straps, skis, snowboards and snowshoes can be attached to the outside of the backpack in no time at all: skis diagonally or in A-shape, snowboard and snowshoes vertically. In addition, the flexible fastening straps are used for lateral compression.
When it comes to backpacks for alpine use, it is crucial to coordinate carrying comfort, durability and function in a weight-optimized manner. The Alpine System is the answer to this challenge. Its two softstripe cushions hug the back flexibly with every movement. In conjunction with the slim pack sack, the load is always kept close to the body's center of gravity. This guarantees full control over the backpack.
PFC FREE
This deuter product is free from per- & polyfluorinated chemicals. In this way, deuter reduces the use of environmentally harmful substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health.
PFC is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as it has water, dirt and grease repellent properties.
Instead, deuter is now using harmless and environmentally friendly DWR (durable water repellency) impregnation.
