The Finnlo Maximum Spirit is the right front-driven elliptical trainer for everyone looking for a cardio workout. Whether it's safe and low-impact training or an intensive power workout, the SPIRIT can do it all!

The front-driven elliptical trainer combines the classic elliptical movement with the drive of a professional indoor cycle. Additionally equipped with the new double transmission system, it offers twice the disc rotation speed of conventional cardio equipment. This lets you achieve very high RPMs at low resistance and, at the same time, burn up to 25% more calories.Training intensity can be quickly and continuously adjusted via a knob. With a training computer that is straightforward and a breeze to use, this front-driven elliptical lets any athlete get moving immediately. Time, RPM, distance and heart rate are visible from any angle. The optionally available chest strap makes it possible to tie your workout to your heart rate.

In addition to intelligently designed functions, the SPIRIT front-driven elliptical offers unparalleled running comfort. Heimtrainer

The home trainer is the classic fitness machine. You enjoy biking but are not interested in traffic or bad weather, then this stationary bike gives you an indoor trainings possibility at home. The seating position ranges from an upright position for comfort to a more advanced inclined angle all depending on the model. There are models with lower entry or with higher entry. A major difference is the weight adjustment mechanism. Cheaper models have a mechanically adjustable fly wheel, unfortunately they are louder and not allways accurate. A big difference is also to be found in the computer and display options. Important is whether the computer can save training information for more people or not. If you are the only person using the home trainer then this is not relevant.

The computer usually has, depending on the model an interface to the computer to read the data and to perform program updates. The computers provide more training programs. With these options an enhanced performance and training result possible.

Better models can also adjust the running angle and also offer diverse running programs. We also recommend a computer that can save training records for more people. The treadmill also absorbs and reduces shock to the joints. One hour of jogging burns roughly the same amount of calories as 2 hours of biking.
