All functions of the elliptical cross trainer Loxon XTR BT are controlled via the computer with its integrated and clear display. This permanently shows the various performance parameters, including: distance, time, calories, speed, cadence, performance, training program, 400 m lap and the pulse. 8 load profiles and 3 pulse programs ensure optimal variety. These can be easily set using quick buttons. You specify a desired watt or pulse value and the ergometer then independently controls via the resistance control that these values ??are observed.

 

The speed-independent load control takes place in a range between 20 and 400 watts (according to DIN EN 957 standard). Other premium features: recovery heart rate measurement with fitness grade and the storage of 30 training data. The pulse measurement is carried out via integrated hand pulse sensors or an optional chest strap. The clear display shows the following performance parameters: distance, time, speed, cadence, calories, pulse, watts and a training round of 400 m.

The home trainer is the classic fitness machine. You enjoy biking but are not interested in traffic or bad weather, then this stationary bike gives you an indoor trainings possibility at home. The seating position ranges from an upright position for comfort to a more advanced inclined angle all depending on the model. There are models with lower entry or with higher entry. A major difference is the weight adjustment mechanism. Cheaper models have a mechanically adjustable fly wheel, unfortunately they are louder and not allways accurate. A big difference is also to be found in the computer and display options. Important is whether the computer can save training information for more people or not. If you are the only person using the home trainer then this is not relevant.
