Its hybrid technology combines the best of two worlds of technology and design: the glossy inmould shell is ultra-light - the matt hard shell ensures ultimate style and impact resistance. An actively adjustable ventilation system, the functional interior and the IAS adjustment system offer top comfort at all times. All together: ultra good.
The uvex ultra pro is the all-rounder in a class of its own. With its hybrid construction, it combines the impact resistance of hardshell technology with the lightness of inmould technology to form an extremely safe, super light all-rounder. To one who fits perfectly, because the IAS adjustment system can be adjusted to the head shape with millimeter precision.
With its adjustable ventilation system, the uvex ultra pro ensures a pleasantly cool head - no matter how hard the descent is. The perfect helmet climate is also supported by a Coolmax interior, which absorbs moisture inside the helmet and transports it to the outside. The magnetic FidLock closure, which can be opened and closed with just one hand, even with gloves, offers additional convenience.
What else the uvex ultra pro can do: look ultra good. The combination of matt and glossy elements in conjunction with intelligently placed ventilation openings and minimalist color accents ensure a sporty look with a style factor - without being too thick.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY HELMET SIZE
Measuring the helmet size
A flexible tape measure is needed to find out the correct size. The head is measured by placing the tape measure around the head about 1 cm above the eyebrow and wrapping the band tightly around the head.
The correct helmet size = head measurement in cm + 1 cm
Important information
The helmet is thankfully as shown by accident statistics a standard piece of equipement needed in sport. In the past one would be laughed at when wearing a helmet where as today it is the other way around, being used in summer for biking, skating, inline skating and in winter for boarding and skiing. Generally there are 2 possibilities to adjust the helmet for the perfect fit. One is the head ring system, an inbuilt band with an adjustable mechanism at the rear of the helmut. The second method is the use of velcroe attached padding inside the helmet. The padding system does not allow a large adjustment possibility like the head ring system.
All helmets in our range meet safety standards and have been tested.
OUR TIP:
For children we recommend the head ring system so that the helmet can be used for more easons due to its larger adjustment range. Please remember that after heavy accidents the helmet should be replaced.
