Calling all style-conscious women skiers! The uvex ultra pro WE is a genuine eye-catcher whether on the piste or in fresh pow and guarantees the best in design and technology. Thanks to its hybrid construction, this performance all-rounder is both extremely impact-resistant (hardshell technology) and ultralight (inmould technology). The understated, feminine design with matt colour blocking in on-trend colours subtly underlines the sporty look. And the 3D IAS system ensures ideal fit adjustment for all head types. The active ventilation system is quick and easy to regulate to ensure an optimal climate inside the helmet. For additional comfort, there is a functional, breathable Coolmax inner lining that quickly moves moisture away from the inside of the helmet to evaporate outside. And the magnetic FidLock® buckle rounds things off nicely.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY HELMET SIZE
Measuring the helmet size
A flexible tape measure is needed to find out the correct size. The head is measured by placing the tape measure around the head about 1 cm above the eyebrow and wrapping the band tightly around the head.
The correct helmet size = head measurement in cm + 1 cm
Important information
The helmet is thankfully as shown by accident statistics a standard piece of equipement needed in sport. In the past one would be laughed at when wearing a helmet where as today it is the other way around, being used in summer for biking, skating, inline skating and in winter for boarding and skiing. Generally there are 2 possibilities to adjust the helmet for the perfect fit. One is the head ring system, an inbuilt band with an adjustable mechanism at the rear of the helmut. The second method is the use of velcroe attached padding inside the helmet. The padding system does not allow a large adjustment possibility like the head ring system.
All helmets in our range meet safety standards and have been tested.
OUR TIP:
For children we recommend the head ring system so that the helmet can be used for more easons due to its larger adjustment range. Please remember that after heavy accidents the helmet should be replaced.
