Modular crampons for ice climbing, mixed climbing and technical mountaineering

Versatile right down to the tips! With their modular frontal points (short/long monopoint, double point or asymmetrical double point), the LYNX crampons can be adapted to all difficult tours - from snow couloir to mixed climbing to ice climbing. The LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL binding system allows adaptation to all mountain boots with a rear edge of the sole.

14-point crampons designed for ice climbing, mixed climbing and technical mountaineering:
- Interchangeable serrated frontal points for better grip on ice and mixed terrain.
- The arrangement of the spikes allows for safe walking and good grip on any ice.
- Secure hold (even with mono-prong) on any ice condition (cauliflower ice, ice flakes) thanks to the 8 half-prongs.
- The ANTISNOW LYNX anti-rolling plates reduce snow accumulation under the crampons, regardless of the snow quality.
- Steel crampons for maximum durability,
- only 965g.
Versatile uses:
- The length of the frontal points can be adjusted with a single screw (Petzl patent).
- The crampons configured as double spikes can easily be converted into mono spikes: double spikes for snow couloirs and ice gullies, asymmetrical double spikes for blank ice, short mono spikes for ice climbing and long mono spikes for mixed climbing.
- LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL binding system to adapt to all mountain boots with a rear edge of the sole,
- length-adjustable connecting bar with two hanging positions to adapt to all shoe sizes (37 to 49),
- Adjustment of length without tools.
Full modularity thanks to the ALPEN ADAPT system:
- Frontal points, connecting bars, anti-ball plates and binding systems can be replaced independently of each other,
- FIL or FIL FLEX binding system to adapt to all mountain boots (with or without front sole edge),
- compatible with all front bindings to fit most shoes (with front sole edge or without): narrow, soft, telemark or snowboard boots etc.
- compatible with the KIT CORD-TEC to reduce weight and pack size,
